A ground-up new build and full furnishings project, this home was designed to feel warm and effortlessly inviting. Custom furniture pieces and curated lighting set the tone for timeless craftsmanship, while bespoke tilework adds layers of texture and detail. Warm wood tones and subtle patterns create continuity throughout. In the kitchen, hand-painted Tabarka tile brings artisanal character; the fireplace pairs a steel surround with honed limestone for modern balance; and the primary bath, wrapped in white oak with slab countertops and a mirror surround by Walker Zanger, exudes quiet luxury. Bathed in natural light, every room invites you to sit and stay a while.
